Kristen Barone was recently promoted to Lead Project Engineer, where she is responsible for leading a team of project managers in the Energy Services and Technology Department at the New York Power Authority (NYPA).
Kristen has several years experience with NYPA, working in positions of increasing responsibility in areas of project management, energy management, construction and most recently energy program initiatives. As Lead Project Engineer, Kristen is responsible for managing several multi-million dollar energy conservation projects throughout the City of New York. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and a Masters of Business in Management with a concentration in Infrastructure from Iona College.
